When I realized my CPR expired in 2 weeks I had to scramble to find a BLS renewal class. I found them online and they had a convenient class that worked for my schedule. Terance was a fantastic instructor! He got the class done quickly and efficiently and answered all my questions. They have a nice little room for the training in a convenient location. Also appreciate the coffee/tea bar it was nice to sip on a tea during the videos.

It was much appreciated that they didn't charge extra to meet at our warehouse for group training. It was also extremely helpful that they had offline videos for our lack of wifi. The videos and supplemental personal information from our instructor were informative and helpful. All in all it was a great training experience.

I have over 45 years of nursing which required BLS, PALS, ACLS + AED. I can honestly state that Terry's class was one of the best in all of my history. His presentation is clear, concise + meaningful. He is oozing with knowledge, and willingly delivers it with ease. I doubt a living human has ever failed his class. I had a really great experience to renew my BLS CPR. It was super easy to book a class online. The course instructor was very knowledgeable, hands-on, and helpful with answering questions. There is a nice 2-page guide supplied online with your online purchase with important points to remember and helps you prepare ahead of the class. Remember to submit online or bring your prior CPR card if you are taking a renewal class.I really like the class size as it was smaller than what I have experienced in the past at other facilities. This made it so much better and easier to get through the questions, material, practice, and was so much more efficient. He supplied a copy of my AHA card right away after taking the test as well as a nursing CEU certificate. Excellent! I will definitely come back for my next renewal!

I recently took the BLS certification course and it was an outstanding experience. The instructor is extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and kept the class engaged with practical demonstrations and clear explanations.
