Welcome to SierraBLS.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website, services, and training programs. By purchasing a course, using our website, or engaging in SMS communications, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Purchase and Payment Policy
Payment Requirements:
- Full payment is required in advance through our secure payment portal or via invoice requests.
- We accept all major credit cards.
Confirmation:
- After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your course details.
Attendance:
- You must attend your scheduled class on time.
Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule at no cost if requested at least 48 hours before the course date.
- If you fail to reschedule within 48 hours of the class scheduled time, your payment is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in this policy.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide high-quality training while maintaining clear refund policies.
3.1 Course Cancellations and Refunds
- Refund Requests: You may request a refund at least 7 days before the scheduled course. A 10% processing fee applies.
- Cancellations within 48 hours: Refunds are not available; however, you may reschedule at no cost.
- No-Shows: Refunds are not available for no-shows. The first reschedule is free, but additional reschedules incur a $25 fee.
- Course Failures: No refunds are provided if a student fails a course. We strongly encourage adequate preparation before attending.
- Digital Products (such as HeartCode Courses): These are non-refundable due to their digital nature.
- Course Materials: Once shipped or accessed, manuals, DVDs, or other materials are non-refundable to protect copyrights.
3.2 Refund Policy for Instructors
- If an instructor’s AHA certification is revoked due to violations of AHA guidelines, refunds will not be issued for unused or unsent eCards.
- We emphasize strict adherence to AHA rules and ethical standards in all training activities.
3.3 Exceptional Circumstances
- Refunds may be granted under extraordinary situations on a case-by-case basis.
3.4 How to Request a Refund

- Course name
- Purchase date
- Scheduled course date
- Reason for refund request
- Processing Time: Refunds are reviewed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method if approved.
4. Certification and Data Sharing Policy
Certification Issuance:
- Sierra BLS provides training certifications through approved organizations, including:
- American Heart Association (AHA)
- American Red Cross
- NAEMT (National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians)
- Nevada State Nursing Board (for CEUs)
- Your information may be shared only with these organizations for the sole purpose of certification issuance and compliance.
- Sierra BLS provides training certifications through approved organizations, including:
Data Protection:
- We do not sell or distribute your data beyond these certification providers.
- All data collection and processing comply with our Privacy Policy.
5. SMS Communication & Consent
By enrolling in our courses or subscribing to SMS updates, you agree to receive SMS notifications regarding:
- Course reminders
- Certification updates
- Important notices
Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
- To opt-out, text “STOP” at any time.

We never share or sell your phone number or SMS consent to third parties.
6. Website Use & Intellectual Property
